Scope
Circuits International / AICP's scope is to optimise the utilization of permanent circuits according to the needs of motorcar and motorcycle sporting events, by exchanging ideas and experiences between member circuits, in collaboration with recognized sporting authorities and other relevant organizations.
Use of circuits
AICP aims to achieve conditions on circuits as perfect as possible for the running of motorcar and motorcycle events and, in general, the sporting and technical use of permanent circuits.
Competition
AICP is concerned with all matters directly or indirectly affecting the preparation and organization proper of motorcar and motorcycle competitions. For this purpose AICP is officially represented in the sporting bodies of FIA and FIM.
Environment
Because of the increasing amount of attention being given to the environment, circuits are obliged to revise their operations with regard to the environment. By introducing environmental management, circuits will simultaneously fulfil their obligations to the public and governmental regulations and lay a firm foundation for future developments.
